Data controller Your personal data is processed by Mobilteg Mobil Bilişim Tek.Gr.San.Tic.Ltd.Şti ("Mobilteg") as the data controller. This notice covers the personal data processed within the ServiOara service (support tickets, quality management, demo requests and correspondence). Contact for requests: kvkk@mobilteg.com Purposes Handling and answering support tickets; evaluating your demo request and contacting you; customer correspondence; monitoring service levels; managing quality records (CAPA, change, requirement); service security, audit trail and troubleshooting; complying with legal obligations. Data processed Full name, e-mail address, telephone number, company, the message you send with a demo request, and records relating to the support process (ticket content, attachments, activity logs). Legal basis Performance of a contract or steps prior to it, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate interest; your consent where consent is required, as with a demo request. Transfers Your data is shared only with authorised people and only as far as the service requires; it is not transferred abroad. Retention Support records are kept for 5 years by default and quality records for 10 years; afterwards they are archived or their personal fields are anonymised. Quality records are never deleted, because they carry the audit trail. Your rights Under Article 11 of the Act you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction, deletion or anonymisation, object to processing and claim compensation for damage. Deletion requests anonymise the personal fields while the business record and audit trail are preserved.
